“We had water damage due to a faulty HVAC safety switch and needed insurance to repair it. Behind the Door was wonderful from start to finish. They negotiated with our insurance company and got them to pay more to assist in the repairs needed to be completed in our living room and kitchen. We had to have our ceiling, floor, and part of a wall replaced in the living room, and the kitchen needed new flooring, as well. Their communication was timely, respectful, and sometimes even fun! The subcontractor they used to complete our repairs was absolutely amazing. He worked urgently, while still taking the time to fix everything precisely.
